We have a no refund policy. Payments once made, cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

  1. No refunds are processed after the order reaches the “processing” stage (assigned to an onboarding team).
  2. Refunds are not provided for incorrect contact information and non availability at the time of appointment for services. Users must be available for calls as per the given contact number and scheduled appointment time.
  3. Technical Issues: Delays or technical glitches during processing, including report generation by experts, are not eligible for refunds. Users must ensure correct information is provided, and refund requests for incorrect data must be made within 1 hour of service execution.
  4. Payment Gateway Issues: In case of transaction errors, users should verify payment status and contact customer support. Refunds for multiple payments will be issued without transaction charges.
  5. Order Cancellation: The Website reserves the right to cancel any order due to service unavailability, pricing errors, or inaccuracies. Refunds will be issued for canceled orders.
  6. Consultation Issues: Refunds may be processed in cases of network issues, poor consultation quality, or irrelevant responses, and will be credited to the MySoulSpace wallet.
  7. If any refund is approved, it will be credited within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.
